AVB stands for my initials, Ashima Vij Brar.  I am a mother of two amazing young adults, my

23-year-old son and my 21-year-old daughter.  I have had a corporate career in biotech as a physician for over 25 years.  Once I became an empty nester, I had to refind myself and find my new purpose.  I was sad and missing my children. After doing the work to feel whole again, over the last few years, I started 3 businesses. Since I believe we are all one community helping each other get through life together, I called many of my events and concerts, We Are One, to remind us that we are meant to go through the journey of life together.
