AVB stands for my initials, Ashima Vij Brar.  I am a mother of two amazing young adults, my 23 year old son and my 21 year old daughter.  I have had a corporate career in biotech as a physician for over 25 years.  Once I became an empty nester, I had to refind myself and find my new purpose.  I was sad and missing my children. After doing the work to feel whole again, over the last few years, I started 3 businesses.
